The online preview does not work
Uploaded Logos
Our online preview tool is designed to show the text and a placeholder for any uploaded logo as each logo will need to go through the art department for optimal placement and quality review. If you would prefer to see a proof, use the steps below if the online preview is missing elements for you to proceed:
- Rest assured that the information has been taken into account
- A proof can be requested in the "Additional Instructions" section for your peace of mind
Broken Preview
If the issue is different and your text is not lining up or missing information, please:
- Submit a ticket on support.smartresolution.com if the online preview is indeed broken
Keep in mind that the pre-set products are pre-printed for the most part, and therefore the proof will likely only reflect the portion that is set up for press.
As a result, the entire product may NOT be shown on the proof; only the portion to be customized for press.
We do offer a 100% guarantee, should there be any issue with the order, which is ultimately, rare, as our expert team reviews each order for optimal print quality.
