How can I check my file's resolution?

How can I check my file's resolution?

To ensure your artwork prints cleanly and without pixelation, please check your file’s resolution before uploading.

Required Resolution

For best print quality:

  • 300 DPI for projects using up to 3 ink colors

  • 1200 DPI for full-color (CMYK) projects, or designs with fine details

If your file is lower than these recommended values, the final print may appear soft, fuzzy, or pixelated.

Why DPI Matters

Even if an image looks fine on a computer or home printer, commercial printing equipment is much more precise and will show imperfections if the file resolution is too low.

Do NOT use or save files from online websites, as the resolution will most likely be 72 dpi, which is too low for professional printing.

If your file does not meet DPI requirements, we will contact you before printing and work with you on a solution.
