When personalizing a product on our website, the online preview willnotdisplay uploaded logos. This is normal and doesnotmean your logo failed to upload.
Why the Logo Doesn’t Appear
Most of our customizable products arepartially pre-printed.
Because of this, the preview tool is designed only to show thetext layout, not the logo or the pre-printed background.
Your logo is still attached to your order and will be added correctly during production.
