We understand that situations can change, and we’ll do our best to help you with your refund request whenever possible.


When Refunds Are Available

Order Not Yet Printed or Shipped

If your order has not entered production and has not shipped, we can issue a full refund to the original payment method.

Order Already Printed or Shipped

Once an order has been printed or shipped, refunds are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • A partial refund
  • A replacement or discounted order instead of a refund
  • A full refund


Shipping Refunds

Shipping charges are refunded only when the issue was caused by us, such as:

  • Wrong shipping method used
  • Item cannot be used
  • Shipping delays occurred

Refund Processing Time

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • They typically appear within 2–4 business days after processing
