    When Is a Return Required?

    A return is only required for certain full refund situations.

    Blank / Non-Printed Items

    For blank or unprinted items, our support team will provide the correct return address after reviewing the order and match it with the corresponding plant.


    Refund Processing

    • Refunds are issued after returned items are received and inspected
    • Credits typically appear within 2–4 business days
    • Return shipping costs are refunded only if the issue was caused by us
