Postal permit for return envelopes
Businesses that choose to prepay return postage through USPS can apply for a Business Reply Mail (BRM) permit through their local post office or Business Mail Entry Unit (BMEU). Once the permit is approved, return envelopes can be printed with the required permit information.
Permit indicia typically include:

the permit number

the city and state where the permit was issued

the USPS mail classification or reply mail designation
Envelope Options
Courtesy reply envelopes require a stamp from the sender, while business reply envelopes have postage prepaid by the business.

Courtesy reply envelopes do not include prepaid postage and cannot be printed with Business Reply Mail permit information.
Business Reply Envelopes
Business reply envelopes are designed for prepaid return postage and can include USPS permit information.
Our pre-set envelopes:

do not support custom logos or additional graphic elements in the permit area
If you would like to include both:

your company logo or custom branding

and USPS permit information
the envelopes must be produced using your own custom artwork/design files.

the design must comply with current USPS Business Reply Mail specifications

all permit information must be included in the artwork provided

the order will be processed as a custom-designed envelope order
