To ensure your order prints clearly and without delay, please review the following file requirements before uploading your artwork.
Accepted File Types
We accept artwork created in most professional design programs or online platforms, as long as the file is 300 DPI or higher.
You may submit these file types:
Software / Source | File Types | Requirements |
Adobe InDesign | .indd | Export as EPS or PDF |
Adobe Illustrator | .ai | Outline all fonts, then save as EPS or export as PDF |
Adobe PDF | .pdf | Must be 300 DPI or higher |
Adobe Photoshop | .psd | Export as EPS or PDF |
Canva | .jpeg, .png, .pdf | Be sure to download at 300 DPI |
CorelDraw | .cdr | Outline fonts before sending |
Microsoft Excel | .xlsx | Must include a PDF version |
Microsoft Word | .docx | Embed all fonts; no Bing Images or WordArt |
Mailed Copy | — | Original must be clean and high quality; scan fees may apply |
If your file type is not listed, you may still upload it and we will review it manually, but keep in mind that non-standard files may delay your order.
We offer graphic design (up to 3 ink colors only) if you provide a draft, Word/Excel document, or a sketch.
Resolution Requirements (Important!)
To avoid blurry or pixelated prints:
✔ Your artwork must be 300 DPI (dots per inch)
Lower DPI files may look fine on a home or office printer, but commercial presses are more precise and will reveal pixelation.
✔ Images pulled from the web are usually 72 DPI, which is too low
These will result in soft, fuzzy, or jagged prints.
